- Develop, manage, and implement Brand Communication Strategy
- Coordinate with management to develop and implement effective communication strategies aligned with the company's target audience
- Seek opportunities to enhance brand reputation and coordinate public events as needed
- Execute digital marketing campaigns on websites, applications, search engines, display, and social media to drive conversions
- Implement policy regulations for digital assets
- Manage Press Releases & Maintain Good Relations with Online and Local Media
- Develop and implement Corporate Communication Strategy
- Build and maintain effective relationships with journalists and maintain a media database
- Coordinate internal event publicity with local and national media (from media selection to publication)
- Address and escalate conflicts to management
- Set internal agenda guidelines aligned with company report and publication needs.
- Develop and implement Corporate policies, procedures, and regulations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communiation, Marketing, or any related fields
- Fresh Graduates or 2 years of work experience
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills in order to communicate effectively
- Proven ability to organize and execute successful events
