Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Review incoming invoices, and coordinate with the finance team
Ensure compliance by checking and validating tax documents such as Tax Invoices and Withholding Tax Certificates
Responsible for calculating and reporting the company's monthly and annual tax returns
Handle the preparation, payment, and reporting of taxes (withholding tax, and VAT), ensuring full compliance with tax regulations
Supporting & giving advisory to other departments related to taxation
Update on the local tax regulation & international tax that are related
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks related to Accounting & Tax
Maintain a good relationship with external parties to get the tax documents needed by the company

Kualifikasi Minimum

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years experience in tax preparation, auditing, or accounting is prefered
Having Breavet A & B certification is a plus
Familiarity with tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Strong understanding of local, state, and federal tax regulations
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to prepare and review tax returns and financial documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Power BI, and tax-related software
Able to work in a team
