- Collaborate with teams to set, track, and measure progress of goals in support of AstraPay strategy
- Handling strategic role such as strategy development & target setting (KPI), determining annual KPI and financial planning
- Controlling the progress of each division and department
- Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate and assist in the priorisation of projects
- Responsible for reviewing financial reports and performing analysis to generate insights
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Finance
- 1-2 years experienced in financial industry will be prefered
- Highly comfortable in an ambiguous environment and organization that changes frequently
- Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling, including analysis, forecasting, and decision-making support
