Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor operations' key performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, turnaround time (TAT), errors, and accuracy.
- Utilize BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to visualize data effectively and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for internal Operations Leads and/or key stakeholders.
- Collect and manage data from various sources and dashboards for comprehensive analysis.
- Apply BI tools and techniques to detect patterns, trends, and anomalies in data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create and maintain documentation for BI processes, data sources, and analysis methods.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong expertise in data collection, trends analysis, anomaly detection, KPI reporting, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- 1-2 years of experience in managing data from multiple sources and integrating it for analysis.
- Excellent English skills.
- Ability to visualize data and create clear, professional presentations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred but not mandatory.
