Social Media Manager  

This role works alongside the marketing team to identify a target market, create a brand image and create and maintain a marketing campaign for social media platforms. You will be tasked to creatively handle various online marketing tools, like websites, social media and blogs. The role ensures to promote Ausphin Group and increase client engagement.

• Design and manage digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate the creation of digital content including SEO Management.
• Manage end-to-end digital projects.
• Establish Ausphin's social media web presence to boost brand awareness
• Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
• Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimisation
• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
• Track and analyze key social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, impressions, clicks) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvemen

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• At least with 2-3 years experience in the same role.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
