- Search and identify potential influencers;
- Direct and monitor collaboration between brands and influencers;
- Identify the latest trends related to influencers;
- Analyze data related to the effectiveness of influencer collaboration;
- Develop reports that show the effectiveness, budgeting, and performance of influencers on a regular basis;
- Measure and report on influencer strategy on a regular basis;
- Manage budget for influencers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A minimum of 2 year of relevant industry experience;
- Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy;
- Great communication & presentation skill;
- Enthusiastic, creative, well-organized;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Have a strong interest in beauty;
- Great at networking and meeting new people;
- Experience working in an agency is a plus.
