- Review and verify loan documents to ensure they meet bank standards and regulatory requirements.
- Adjust loan structures as necessary in coordination with banks to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.
- Submit loan applications accurately and follow up on their progress, resolving any issues that may arise, and delivery SLA as per business requirements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of loan products and continuously update professional knowledge to provide informed advice to clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting clients through the loan application process and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain sound relationships with frontline stakeholders, including superior delivery and effective communication.
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing loan applications, ensuring compliance with bank standards and regulations, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our financial products. The Loan Officer will also manage stakeholder management and client relationships, providing exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong sales skills with a customer service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in document review and data entry.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
