- Prepares, cascades, implements, and documents major ALP engagement initiatives and programs, including the Christmas party, company anniversary, team building, town halls, and thanksgiving events.
- Handles logistical requirements such as engagement-related materials, uniforms, kits, prizes, program details, equipment, venue, accommodation (as needed), food/refreshments, and transportation arrangements.
- Conducts ocular inspections and pre-engagement simulations to ensure seamless activity execution.
- Implements, consolidates, and documents post-engagement debriefings and evaluations to measure the success of the engagement programs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- One (1) to two (2) years related work experience in engagement initiatives and programs
- Proficient in all aspects of communication including oral, written, presentation, negotiation, persuasion skills.
- With creative/aesthetic, project management and analytical skills.
- Proficient in various software applications such as MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Canva, Photoshop and other applications.
- Can deal and handle non-critical problems and tasks relevant to engagement initiatives and programs.
