Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Spearhead recruitment needs and anticipate requirements across departments
- Manage recruitment to onboarding with strong process orientation
- Implement SOP's in employee discipline and create development initiatives for company culture, people development, and retention.
- Manage, Execute, and Oversee attendance and leave management
- Champion inter-departmental communication and collaboration must exude synergy across the company
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Human Resource Management course
- Track record of 2 years effective role in HR
- Track record of at least 2-5 years in HR related post
- Must be both an effective team player and a team manager
- Champion in Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Retention, Documentation and Implementation of Policy
- Champion in building company culture, people, and talent
- Experience in labor intensive industries is a big plus
- Inter-department communication leader
- Must be adaptive to dynamic work environment and excel in high pressure season spikes
