Sales Support Coordinator  

Logistics:

1. Responsible for import operation;

2. Responsible for making and sorting out import files and documents;

3. Responsible for arranging space booking, communicating and coordinating import details with freight forwarders, towing shops and warehouses to ensure the smooth implementation of import plan;

4. Responsible for customs clearance;

5. Cargo delivery arrangement and management;

Assistant:

1. Responsible for daily sales order operation, order checking, payment fulfillment and customer delivery;

2. Follow up the order fulfillment of contract customers and the order;

3. Responsible for reasonable arrangement of import plan according to market conditions and inventory; Make delivery plan based on orders and inventory etc.

4. Product price management, control of special price and establishment of price list;

5. Responsible for the preparation and review of sales contracts, file and keep them;

6. Check the accounts with the finance department, solve the problem of differences and handle the issues of customet billing;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Experience: at least 2 years experience in assistant, import, admin and translation

Nationality: Philippines

Soft Skills: proficient in English, excellent communication and presentation skills

Attitude: Independent, honest, self-motivated

Degree: Bachelor
