PT BANK MIZUHO INDONESIA (“Bank”) was initially established as PT Fuji Bank International Indonesia. The amendments to the Bank’s Articles of Association covered, among others, the change of the Bank’s name from PT Bank Fuji International Indonesia to PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia, as well as changes to the Bank’s capital and compositions of the Boards of Commissioners and Directors, as a result of the merger of PT Bank Dai-Ichi Kangyo Indonesia (BDKI) and PT Bank IBJ Indonesia (IBJ) with PT Fuji Bank International Indonesia, effective as of October 1st, 2001. Mizuho has adopted a new slogan, “One Mizuho: Building the future with you”, to indicate our commitment to become “The most trusted financial services group with a global presence and a broad customer base, contributing to the prosperity of the world, Asia and Japan”. All Mizuho employees are committed to realizing the ideas embodied in our slogan, and together we pledge to all of our stakeholders to help Mizuho in achieving its vision for the future.
