- Plan and coordinate billing activities carried out by RO.
- Manage and monitor Collection and Recovery performance to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets.
- Provide reports on the results of activities and achievements carried out by RO.
- Assist RO in the billing process.
- Create a strategy for collection management to achieve targets determined by management.
- Monitoring visit results and number of visits.
- Report and discuss target achievements, problems and difficulties experienced to superiors.
- Provide coaching for team members.
- Willing to work at Pekanbaru or Pangkalan Kerinci.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelors degree in any major.
- Have experience as remedial or collection officer, especially in banking industry min. 2– 5 years.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within collections is preferred.
- Have good communication and negotiating skills.
