The Human Resources Intern at Baybayin hub will assist our HR department in
various HR functions and projects. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to the field of Human Resources while working closely with experienced professionals. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow.
Daily Responsibilities
● Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
● Assist with the coordination and execution of onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and training logistics.
● Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by participating in the planning and execution of company events and activities.
● Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
● Support HR team members in various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
● Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
● Conduct research on HR-related topics, industry trends, and best practices to support HR initiatives.
● Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions on topics such as diversity and inclusion, workplace ethics, and professional development.
● Help maintain and update HR-related content on the company intranet and communication channels.
● Collaborate with team members on special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Must be born in the Philippines and has residency for more than 5 years.

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned responsibilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
