Senior Corporate Sales | Business Development

• Basic salary, allowance, business travel reimbursement & monthly Commission - the salary range indicates the average potential earning, Uncapped earning potential through Commissions/Performance Incentives

Your roles - day-to-day responsibilities:

• Actively search and prospect new potential clients.
• Perform outbound introduction calls to prospects.
• Setting appointments with potential clients.
• Understand potential client business needs. - Liaise with the decision-maker and match BCI's services that fit their business.
• Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPI) & meet Sales targets monthly.
• Manage all sales activities through the company CRM system.
• Participate in company events/activities as required.
• Any ad-hoc task assigns from time to time.

The ideal consultant to join our team!

• Ideally, you have around 3-4 years of Corporate Sales experience.
• Business to Business is a great fit but not a limitation.
• Determined and be ready to face sales challenges.
• Result-oriented and open to learning new skills.
• Experience in construction or building materials industries will be added advantage.
• Amenable to work in Makati on onsite and/or hybrid arrangement.
