Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monthly review, analysis, and reporting on costs related to Group projects
- Issue monthly intercompany billing to related parties for the project costs as per the agreed internal methodology and format
- Maintain detailed support for the intercompany billings on projects and ensure adherence to transfer pricing regulations and Group company’s policies
- Ensure any changes to labor and other related costs are reflected in the monthly analysis and related intercompany invoicing timely
- Respond to any queries on costing and invoicing
- Analyse labour costs, variable contributions and margin results of the actual performance compared to the budget/forecast plans including intercompany income, cash flow and expenditure.
- Support operational efficiency and cost control by providing timely and accurate insight through financial analysis and highlighting any deviations
- Ensure budgets and forecasts for all relevant projects are prepared timely and accurately
- Identify areas for process improvements leading to increased transparency and efficiencies
- Assist with audit queries and ad hoc projects
- Assist with any system changes as required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience as a Financial Analyst, Project Accountant or a similar role
- Working experience in multinational companies and with remote teams
- Demonstrable budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skillset
- Financial modeling skills with the ability to provide insights into financial and business performance
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously with the day-to-day tasks
- Proven advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Detailed working knowledge of labor and project costing for services is a bonus
- Experience with transfer pricing or intercompany accounting is a bonus
