Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Leads /Prospecting: sourcing of leads through various channels.
• Qualifying Leads & Scheduling Meetings: generate and qualify leads through cold calling and scheduling meeting for outbound Sales Staff to attend.
• Clearing the CRM Leads Tank / Updating the Contact: On-going activity to clear current Holding/Forfeited Leads Tank.
• Work towards daily / weekly call and meeting arrangement targets.
• Book meetings and service demonstrations for the Business Development staff.
• Explain and promote the product to prospective clients.
• Assist with marketing activities.
• Sales planning activities.
• Maintain and update BCI’s customer database.
• Associated admin duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-years relevant lead generation experience in B2B segment.
• Experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Must be goal-oriented, organized, and ready to work/think outside the box.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
