Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle marketing and selling property / mortgage products
- Negotiate deals and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other property/ real estate professionals
- Promote properties through various marketing channels
- Keep updated with real estate or property markets and best practices
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree (any major) from reputable universities
- Experience in Business Development B2B, Account Management or Sales for property or mortgage for min. 2 years
- Fast learner, confident and strong motivated
- Excellent relation building and negotiation skills
- Has driver's license (SIM A)
- Domicile in Tangerang Area (BSD/Serpong) is preferable
