- Manage data performance and achievement departement, HR metrics.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns (e.g turnover, engagement, perfromance)
- Create reports and dashboard to present to HR and management teams.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree majoring Mathematic or Statistic.
- Min 2,5 years of working experiences as HR Analytics
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableu or other data analysis software.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and understable way.
- Strong analytical and strong communication skill.
