Your responsibilities will be:
Coordinating partnerships with targeted universities, communities, and hiring partners.
Assisting in organizing and facilitating internship-related activities to enhance the internship program experience.
Supporting the execution of Employer Branding campaigns and activities to promote Bank SMBC employer brand and attract top talent.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Qualifications
- Available and willing to start a minimum 6 month paid internship in February/March 2025 (Hybrid working arrangement)
- An active university student in any major or have recently graduated within the past 3 months as of February 2025
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Skilled in presentations and proficient in MS Office for report creation.
- Basic design skill & knowledge (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere, etc)
- Have a photography skill is a plus point
- Good written and verbal English proficiency
