Cast LMS (Buri Technologies, Inc.) is an e-learning development startup that focuses on helping companies transition into e-learning using our content creation service and proprietary learning management system.
Our team is one of the few development houses in the country that have won educational technology awards abroad. We are looking for individuals who seek challenges and aspire to change the Philippine e-learning landscape by helping organizations build their training materials for the future and build software products that can help educators all over the country. We seek a creative and imaginative Instructional Designer who will be responsible for developing engaging and effective course scripts for our e-learning programs. This role requires a combination of creativity, strong writing skills, and a deep understanding of instructional design principles to create impactful learning experiences.
We are a completely remote company but we have an office in Quezon City.
Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance and training to clients and other team members in using the services of Cast LMS
- Conducts testing of upcoming features of Cast LMS to ensure optimal functionality before official release
- Ensures accurate and timely data entry into operational systems or databases.
- Collaborates with internal teams to facilitate seamless workflow and efficient operations.
- Helps optimize operational processes by identifying areas for improvement.
- Provides support in the national training task, including logistics coordination, participant registration, venue setup, and material preparation.
- Handles administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Creates documentation and guides in using Cast LMS that cater to the needs of both clients and team members.
- Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicates requests, such as report and feature requests, from clients to the programming team.
- Addresses inquiries and offers support through responses to emails and calls.
- Contributes to a positive and productive team environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Customer Service related to software development and/or technology.
Knowledge:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge in using Articulate 360 is preferred but not required.
