Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assists in recruitment, selection and hiring activities
- Provides administrative support for employee concerns and employee relations activities.
- Assists in the processing of compensation and benefits in adherence/compliance to legal/labor requirements.
- Assists in the facilitation of training and development programs, performance review, employee wellness and other projects
- Assists in the comapny's administrative matters
