Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- A bachelor's or associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Familiarity with transaction input and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in handling large datasets, especially related to student and payroll information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and other accounting software.
- Availability for daily tasks between 09:00 to 17:00 (Monday - Friday)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Verify and input nominal transactions (including checking transfer proofs) for Cetta Mandarin and Aixue programs.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Regularly update and maintain private student records in the system.
- Handle the coding and preparation of files for regular student data.
- Compile and summarize data related to refunds, cashback, and discounts.
- Assist in the import and recapitulation of payroll data.
