- Responsible for planning and managing campaigns, content, stories, and live on Cetta Japanese social media
- Establish communication with the audience and interact with content creators/influencers.
- Coordinate with teachers or creators regarding videos to be posted
- Collaborate with the front-end admin in responding to DMs
- Observing social media trends and algorithms that are interesting and liked by the Cetta Japanese audience
- Collect KOL rate card information to promote accounts that are suitable for the Cetta Japanese audience
- Conduct meetings and make reports with several parties such as the social media manager, head of department, and talent
- Analyze content and competitor accounts similar to Cetta Japanese
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in any major (Marketing, Communications, Japanese Literature preferred)
- Knowledge of Japanese culture, trends, and the broader context is necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
- In-depth knowledge of the specific features, audience demographics, and best practices social media platforms
- Able to work in groups or individually
- Has good communication skills, creativity, attention to new trends and collaboration
