Work From Home
- Monitor and maintain the Accounts Receivable inbox, including, but not limited to:
- Print remittance advices to Melbourne printer and file emails in AR inbox folders
- Action requests for update of details for clients in FastTrack, such as adding WIC code, billing details, address, and contact details
- Raise permament placement invoices when requested
- Action requests for credit checks and save completed checks to file for Manager to review and approve new clients
- See to weekly invoices which are emialed to AR for reformatting
- Allocate emails to appropriate AR person for action (where adminstrator cannot complete
- Distribute or action Purchase Orders received
- Send copies of invoices to clients as requested
- Update and send invoices with updated Purchase Order numbers attached
- Complete weekly, fortnightly, and monthly special invoicing for select clients
- Make manual amendments to invoices as required
- Reconcile RCTI accounts to Beddision Group invoices
- Undertake actvities relating to the Accounts Receivable function as directed by the Manager or Asst Manager
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Perform other tasks as required by the client and the management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With experience in Accounts Receivable (processing claims, invoices, and remittances)
- Wiling to work Full Time for 8 months only as a Reliever
- Strong MS Excel proficiency and experience with any accounting software
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Teams, OneDrive)
- Fit to work status upon completion of Pre-employment Medical Exam and a valid NBI Clearance
- Australian account and FastTrack experience is an advantage
