Role and Opportunity
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in helping Clear’s clients grow their businesses:
As the first point of contact, you’ll engage with potential customers and set the tone for client relationships.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting where every call is an opportunity.
You won’t ‘just’ be making or answering calls; you’ll be converting those calls into client appointments.
Purpose
As an Appointment Setter, you will:
- Drive our clients’ sales growth by effectively managing inbound and outbound calls.
- Demonstrate efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy.
- NOT be a receptionist or customer service rep: your focus is setting appointments – making your sales – through outbound calling, targeting potential customers or new clients.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Closing sales and booking appointment through outbound calls to warm leads and prospects
- Proactively contacting customers, initiating outbound calls by revisiting prior warm leads and converting them into appointments
- Contribute to the team’s effort and perform other duties as requested by the client or assigned by the management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Required Attributes
- You are a Sales Closer, not just a customer support representative
- You have excellent call handling skills and an excellent conversationalist in English
- You deliver a high-quality and professional service as you want success and recognition
- You are technologically adept and highly trainable in new skills and software
- You have outstanding attention to detail, can multitask to prioritize your actions and outcomes
- You have the flexibility to perform other relevant tasks as required by the client and can work well with minimum supervision.
Essential Experience
- Minimum 1-year call handling experience, focused on SALES
- Outbound call handling
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Experience or knowledge in using any CRM tool.
Having the following is a PLUS
- Experience in handling Australian clients
- Clear spoken English with a neutral accent.
