The KYC EDD Specialist would:
- Facilitate daily call verification requests
- Provide clear and accurate narrative of daily call verification requests
- Plan and implement strategies to provide excellent customer experience
- Improves quality results by recommending changes in product and process efficiency
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills.
