Sales and Marketing Assistant  

The Sales and Marketing Assistant supports the President in planning, organizing and executing marketing events with the goal of generating increased Assets Under Management (AUM) and investor base, generate sales leads, drive client engagement and build brand awareness.

Sales Support

• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing follow-ups with internal and external partners
• Track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and lead conversion rates

Marketing Support

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at driving AUM growth and lead generation
• Support the team in generating leads through scheduled monthly events such as but not limited to face-to-face events, webinars, partnership events
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including email campaigns and social media
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination (preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools (preferred)
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
• Willingness to work onsite and travel for events when needed
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours for events and client meetings
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
