Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, fax, and phone
- Handle internal and external customer calls, making outbound calls as needed
- Address Mortgage Manager inquiries and disputes, providing timely and accurate responses
- Escalate issues to the right department when necessary
- Communicate with team members to ensure understanding of updates and initiatives
- Delegate tasks to team members, ensuring correct procedure and resolution
- Manage ad-hoc activities as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
Availability and Qualifications
- Availability to work on weekends (5 days, day shift)
- Australian mortgage experience is an advantage
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent oral communication and comprehension skills
- Strong writing skills for composing business letters
- Confident and articulate in conversations and client relationships

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
