Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Take the lead in securing, regularly complying with, and renewing pertinent government requirements/permits for the foundation’s operationalization as a non-profit.
  • Help develop and take the lead in maintaining financial systems and processes to support efficient and effective office operations and project implementations. These systems and processes include inflows (donations, grants, and raised funds) and outflows (operations, payroll, project disbursements, and procurement).
  • Help develop and take the lead in maintaining proper financial records for office operations, financial transparency to foundation’s partners, and regular reporting to government agencies, especially to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
  • Help the Executive Director in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Monitor expenditures and financial performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to the Executive Director.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team of CIIT College of Arts and Technology to ensure similarity of financial systems.
  • Help the Executive Director in hiring and managing human resources.
  • Ensure the integrity and efficiency of the foundation’s financial operations and human resource management, implementing best practices and constantly pursuing improvement strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for financial, human resource, and government compliance matters.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, Business or other related courses
  • At least one (1) year of experience in Accounting and Finance
  • Work experience in Government Compliances is highly desirable
  • Can demonstrate work-from-home reliability and outputs
  • Can use Quick Books and proficient in tech use
  • Has a strong commitment to work in a non-profit start-up setting
  • Shares the development advocacy and core values of Create Foundation
  • Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
