Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Our client is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Processing/Vendor Management Specialist who will serve as an extension of our team researching select databases for public records.

This position requires high attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency. We need team members with integrity and dependability. This position handles extremely sensitive information and an ethical disposition is required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Processing and preparing a diverse array of products for subsequent sub-departmental handling.
  • Assisting in the regular maintenance of queues to ensure streamlined operations.
  • Fostering effective communication between the Operations and Customer Experience departments.
  • Identifying and highlighting vendor-related concerns to departmental leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Adhering meticulously to established policies, procedures, and designated workflows as directed by departmental leadership.
  • Demonstrating adeptness in comprehending and implementing search criteria guidelines.
  • Skillfully analyzing data while strictly adhering to regulated protocols and quality benchmarks.
  • Mastering intricate information and its contextual application within specific job contexts.
  • Collaborating and extending support within a team-oriented environment, encompassing intra-team dynamics and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Engaging with clients and applicants when necessary.
  • Meeting team-defined benchmarks for productivity and precision.

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an office setting.
  • Tech Proficiency: Navigates multiple windows, conducts internet research, types 45 WPM.
  • Software Familiarity: G-Suite, Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Criminal Justice: Gains understanding of its relevance to acquired information.
  • Computer Literacy: Swift and accurate data entry

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
  • A webcam
  • Noise-canceling USB Headset
  • Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
  • Smartphone
