Coordination with Finance Team on the requirements for encoding of transactions from Ms Excel/QuickBooks to Manual Books of Accounts.

Ensure the correct details and process of manual writing of transaction especially on amount and reference numbers.

Coordination with Finance Team on the requirements for other tasks that may be assigned.

Encoding BIR data to Alphalist Data Entry and Validation and to Relief System
- Checking of receipts related to Advances to officers and employees, Advances subject to Liquidations and expense reports

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Currently taking up BS Accountancy or BA Major in Financial Management
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Knowledge on General Journal, Trial Balance, and Balance Sheet.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
