- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a teleseller team to meet sales goals.
- Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers and drive sales.
- Product Knowledge: Effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Sales Targets: Ensure individual and team targets are met.
- Upselling: Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
- Order & Payment Management: Oversee order booking, monitor delivery, and ensure timely payments.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Atleast 2 years of experience in telesales, BPO, or a similar sales-driven environment
- Leadership and team management skills
- Sales and negotiation expertise
- Planning and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to motivate and coach a sales team
- Customer-focused mindset
- Resilient and goal-oriented under pressureStrong analytical and planning skills;
