About The Role:
The Financial Reporting Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role involves performing financial analysis, journal entries, account reconciliations, and collaborating with internal teams and external auditors to support the company’s financial operations.
What Will You Do:
- Post and process journal entries related to financial transactions to ensure accurate and timely recording
- Conduct account reconciliations periodically to verify the accuracy of financial reporting and maintain proper ledger balances
- Verify the accuracy of invoices, accounting documents, and records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Review and monitor bank balances, contra accounts, and ensure that cash flow is properly tracked
- Compile, analyze, and prepare various financial accounting reports, ensuring they meet internal and regulatory standards
- Maintain and update the accounting system, ensuring all records are properly documented and accessible for audits
- Lead or participate in audit engagements, from planning and testing to documentation and reporting, ensuring timely submission of audit reports to managers and partners
- Perform financial statement analytical reviews to identify potential irregularities, considering business environments and historical figures
- Conduct risk and control assessments by understanding business processes, identifying relevant regulations, and evaluating client-specific risksEnsure the completeness of the audited financial report for clients across various industries, such as services and manufacturing
Kualifikasi Minimum
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Fresh graduates with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
Soft Skills Requirement:
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities
Technical Skills Requirement:
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP)
- Proficiency in accounting software
