Description:
- Build strong relationships and trust with customers, maintain good relationships, and obtain referrals.
- Invite and provide consultations to customers about their needs and interests, and develop suitable study plans during consultations.
- Determine the most appropriate program and achieve sales targets.
- Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside the center.
- Handle administrative tasks and other operational responsibilities assigned by the company as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- Enjoy working with children and care about their development.
- Able to communicate and solve problems effectively.
- Have the ability to conduct effective sales and generate transactions.
- Focus on achieving targets.
- Able to control emotions and manage stress well.
- Possess a good attitude, work hard, and have emotional intelligence and enthusiasm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willing to work on weekends (with days off between Monday and Friday).
- Experience in sales or the education industry is an advantage.
- Good command of the English language.
- Willing to relocate (if needed).
