Jr. Project Manager  

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in project management or account management, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for driving projects from inception to completion. A basic understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is required, enabling the successful candidate to efficiently manage multiple projects and meet key deliverables within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and final deliverables.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders by effectively communicating project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
• Apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies to optimize project workflows, facilitating sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Efficiently manage resources and ensure that all project goals are achieved within defined budgets and time constraints.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and any changes to project scope.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour break.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management or stakeholder management.
• Foundational understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Prior experience in these environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA) and a solid understanding of project management techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks (requirements decomposition).
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are an advantage but not required.
• Experience working with ERP systems or sustainability solutions is a plus.
