Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Sourcing and onboarding of new clients
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure a steady flow of new business.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance and productivity.
- Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
- Develop strategies for customer retention and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive landscape.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with finance to develop pricing strategies and manage budgets
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of the industry and market in which the company operates.
- Preferably with experience in connecting with US-based clients is
- Experience working with BPO companies in Sales is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to close high-value deals.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Certified Sales Leader) can be an added advantage.
