Marketing Associate  

Job Description:

1. Market Research and Consumer Insights

• Conduct market research to understand consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to inform future marketing strategies.

2. Creative Development and Content Creation

• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
• Conceptualize and create content for social media platforms.
• Maintain and manage ad campaigns on social media and e-commerce platforms.

3. Campaign Execution and Management

• Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content development, advertising, and event planning.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through channels such as social media, email, and TV.
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.

4. Collaboration and Coordination

• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Liaise with the design and sales team for marketing execution.
• Help strategize and implement marketing initiatives, particularly for summits and events.

5. Partnerships and Negotiations

• Evaluate, communicate with, and negotiate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) for collaborations.
• Engage in event partnerships and marketing activations.

6. Social Media Engagement

• Stay active and updated on social media, especially TikTok.

7. Individual Task Management

• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our BetaBrands marketing team (Wellspring, Huga Activewear, Bake Cheesecake). The ideal candidate will support various marketing activities, from market research and content creation to campaign execution and data analysis. This role is essential in enhancing our brand presence and driving our marketing initiatives to reach and engage our target audience effectively.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Marketing Management, or any related course.
• With at least 3 years of work experience
• Experience in doing Partnerships for events
• Knowledge or background in Marketing Activations
• Experience working with Consumer-facing brands is a big plus
• Excellent Communications Skills (verbal & written)
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
• Preferably residing within Metro Manila & Calabarzon.
• Willing to do fieldwork if needed (i.e. events on weekdays/weekends)
