- Handle finance related activities
- Creates company expense and sales reports.
- Bookkeeping for all divisions of the company.
- Streamline collection efforts
- Prepare Form 2307s
- Compile payables for the month.
- Conduct Countering and Collection (fieldwork) as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
- Experience with Xero and Quickbooks is preferred
- Willing to do fieldworks as needed (for Collections and Countering)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bookkeeping
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of MS office (especially Excel)
- Organized and meticulous
- Quick learner
