Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact 100 new leads per day within the B2B and startup sectors in North America.
- Skilled in tapping V-level and C-level leads
- Utilize Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and connect with potential clients.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to effectively attract and engage potential clients.
- Maintain and update a database of leads, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, particularly within the AI and outsourcing sectors.
- Invest time in personal and professional growth to advance within the company.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably with experience tapping the NA Market
- Proven track record of generating leads and meeting daily targets.
- Proficient in using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
