Brand Associate  

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience with an agency is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

BetaBrands is looking for a proactive Brand Associate to support our brand marketing efforts, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, and execution of our marketing initiatives. He/she shall work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing brand marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, in-store, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, product, etc.) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Help manage content creation for promotional materials, social media, and website updates.
- Support brand activation efforts, including events, sponsorships, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and provide reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
- Assist in budget tracking and managing vendor relationships.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in branding, marketing, and consumer engagement.
