- Undertake field visits such as but not limited to ocular site inspections, surveys for data gathering, and facilitation of workshops and public consultations
- Review existing relevant studies and reports
- Produce reports, documentation, and write ups as a technical writer
- Assist in the preparation and conduct of workshops and public consultations
- Coordinate with clients, government offices, and other concerned stakeholders on the technical and administrative requirements of the project
- Carry out administrative support functions such as:

Answer phone calls and emails, draft letters, and facilitate communication with clients and government offices

Organize logistics for meetings, prepare and disseminate information materials

Arrange travel and hotel reservations and obtain necessary travel authorizations, as required

Prepare presentations, report summaries, draft inputs, and create graphics, tables, and charts

Develop and manage project documents

Consolidate and integrate progress reports for prospective clients

Perform support tasks such as but not limited to filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and carrying out errands to the courier services and supply stores

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably has an educational background in environmental science, forestry, urban planning, engineering, architecture, geography, or other related fields.
- Has 1-3 years experience with securing environmental permits (ECC, DP, PTO, etc.) and can provide guidance to client and other stakeholders on manners of implementation and documentation of compliance for environmental mitigation and monitoring projects
