- Manage client accounts and support sales efforts, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Use live chat tools (Zendesk, Qontak, Intercom, Freshdesk) to assist customers and drive sales
- Conduct telemarketing calls, qualify leads, and nurture potential clients
- Perform all responsibilities during the 24-hour shift schedule (5 days a week)
- Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic account management
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and create action plans to exceed targets
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs and achieve business objectives
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy with experience in live chat tools (Zendesk, Qontak, Intercom, Freshdesk)
- Must be comfortable and willing to work night shifts (24-hour shift)
- Previous experience in telemarketing is a plus
- Proficient in English communication
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
- Experience in leading a team
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Qontak, Intercom, Freshdesk)
