Graphic Designer  

- Create visually stunning and engaging designs and digital proofings for corporate clothing, merchandise, and promotional items as requested by the clients.

- Collaborate with clients and our sales team to understand their design requirements and objectives.

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Fabrica MNL brand and its design guidelines.

- Utilize industry-standard design software to create layouts, logos, and designs.

- Update website and create marketing collateral such as brochure, leaflets and catalogues.

- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback to ensure client satisfaction.

- Prepare print-ready files and work closely with our production team to ensure the seamless execution of design concepts.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, branding, or promotional context.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software such as Canva / Capcut.

- A portfolio showcasing your graphic design and layout skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.

- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
