Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Sales Onboarding: Assist with the OJT assignment and onboarding of new sales team members. Provide guidance on tools, systems, and mapping areas
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as processing incentives, Allowances, and campaign rewards and also creating SOP for daily, monthly scheduling
  • Sales Documentation: Create and maintain sales-related documentation, including onboarding, assignment, and reassignment of sales areas
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as HR, finance, and marketing, to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
  • Sales Administration: Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales team, such as creating OJT /Assignment letter

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Minimul bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3+ years experience in a sales administration or sales support role.
  • Proficient in using tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, documentation, and terminology.
