Job Purpose
The main purpose is to provide competent and effective backroom support particularly in processing cash settlement and trading transactions for clients, dealer and other counterparties.
Major Responsibilities
- Prints and consolidates daily Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) reports and other system-generated reports and documents pertaining to clients’ trading transactions.
- Prepares purchase and sales confirmation invoices, credit and debit memoranda, official receipts, cash and check vouchers.
- Accurately uploads details of clients’ trading transactions into the system.
- Complies with internal and external rules and regulations in relation to cash settlement.
- Processes crediting and reconciliation of funding transactions to clients’ account
- Reviews withdrawal requests from clients and processes crediting to settlement account
- Works closely with the Customer Management team in addressing client requests and complaints.
- Regularly monitors and contacts clients with outstanding payables to the company.
- Performs other tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
Education: College graduate of a four-year business course preferably in accounting or management
Experience: Open for fresh graduates, but applicants with 1 – 3 years experience in backroom operations related to banking or brokerage industry are preferred.
Knowledge: Knowledge on basic accounting principles, securities settlement and stock trading operations
Skills: Arithmetic reasoning, computation and clerical perception
Personality: Organized and systematic, analytical, patient and good with detail, team player
