Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Administrative Assistant's mission within the organization is to support the General Manager and the Operations Team in their daily tasks and to ensure that the office is running smoothly. The role requires very minimal interaction with our US counterparts and is specifically meant for the company's backoffice.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Corresponding with clients, vendors, and applicants
- Timekeeping and compliance
- Maintaining digital & physical files
- Creating marketing collaterals and posting advertisements
- Organizing internal and external company events
- Assisting in strategic planning
Kualifikasi Minimum
The work demands the following skills:
- Effective English communication skills - this is non-negotiable as the Candidate will be interacting with high-level professionals without a lick of Tagalog
- Graphics software - should have, at least, working-knowledge of Photoshop and Movie Maker; skills with other similar software will be considered
- Education - preferably a candidate currently earning or has earned his/her degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Creative Writing, Literature, or International Studies
Please note:
- Preference will be given to highly-motivated and intellectual individuals
- No experience required
- Training will be minimal: the candidate should be able to learn on the fly and be resourceful to find solutions
- Work schedule is flexible: i) flexitime is observed by the company; ii) shift/schedule can be negotiated, as such, candidates who are still earning their college degrees are highly preferred
- The Candidate should live within 40 minutes of Project 8, QC.: traffic should never be an excuse for tardiness or absence from work (see flexitime above)
- Work load is seasonal and generally light
- Tasks will be performed within the office as the admin assistant will be given access to highly confidential material
- Flakes need not apply. Seriously, don't waste our time with drama and excuses.
