G.O. Eastern Construction Corp. is a PCAB registered company that was established in 1999. Through its 16 years of operation, G.O. Eastern Construction Corp. has accomplished numerous projects for a varied client base that includes institutions such as schools, residential developers, commercial developers, individual residential owners and the like. Our organization is composed of men and women who are veterans in the professional engineering and construction services industry. “Construction (kən-strŭk'shən) - n. 1.The art, trade, or work of building. 2. An artistic composition using various materials; an assemblage or a collage.” We at G.O. Eastern Construction Corp. would like to think that we are true to the meaning of the word “construction”. Beyond the technical expertise and the efficient utilization of resources, beyond the sound engineering practices and the mere erection of edifices, we realize that the construction of a structure should be a tribute to the foresight of the owner and the realization of their vision. As we adhere to the maxim “Building as an Art” so should we, as construction “craftsmen” help in fulfilling that realization. For over 15 years now, our PCAB licensed company has melded advanced engineering practices together with old world skill and craftsmanship to construct and create structures for all our discerning clients. Whether it be high end luxury residences, residential & commercial buildings, industrial structures, commercial establishments, buildings for academic institutions and other concerns, we build with a passion for perfection. Our high rate of “return business” illustrates the satisfaction we are able to generate with our clients. We realize that each and every structure built for our clients are assets that must withstand the test of time and depreciation! We have also built structures for prestigious institutional clients in the field of finance such as Union Bank, Metrobank, Asia United Bank and Banco de Oro; also for commercial, industrial and other institutions such as Toyota, Isuzu, Gourmet Foods, Magnolia (PPDI), Wyeth Philippines, Epson-Iomega and the Embassy of the Republic of South Korea; and for academic institutions such as Colegio de San Agustin (Dasmarinas Village, Makati), Assumption College, Informatics Computer school, Miriam College among others. We have also built multi-storey residential condominium buildings for the Primetown Property group, multi-purpose residential development structures for Jardine Land/Northpine Land, multiple single detached units for Empire East Holdings and commercial structures for Majent Realty.
