Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervision of production workers and production process
- Monitors the performance of the production area and production workers
- Maintains cleanliness and order on the production floor
- Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training & development, and health, safety & welfare of your team.
- Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent
- With at least 2 years of working experience preferably gained in a food manufacturing set-up but not limited
- Received training in ISO 9001, GMP, 5S, SOP, and HACCP System
- Preferably with formal training in Baking Science and Technology
- Knowledgeable of different steps of the baking process
- Applicants with experience related to the semiconductor or electronic industry are encouraged to apply
- Must be willing to work in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu
