Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Email Support
- Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services
- Reply to incoming inquiries and tickets and see patterns for automation/process improvements
- Escalate tickets to the right team and follow-up until the closing of the issue
- Assist in building an efficient and reliable customer service team
- Write ad-hoc replies from scratch (not templates)
- Design reply templates for quick replies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent with reading comprehension
- Good with time management - must be able to know what task prioritize
- Confident and resourceful - must be able to think of new ideas to get things done
- Able to work under a hybrid setting ( 3 days work from home and 2 days on-site)
