- Sebagai jalur escalation team, memvalidasi dan melakukan pengecekan terkait problem dan issue yg terjadi.
- Memonitor kehadiran dan time SLA dari issue yg terjadi
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Memiliki atitude yang baik dan bertanggung jawab
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa inggris baik pasif atau aktif
- Fast learner dan memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
